I made applesauce in October and Cooper must have been feeling left out. He got a pot, a pan, and an onion out of the cupboards and peeled and "cooked" it. He even found the correct lid for the pot. He would lift the lid and check on his onion ever couple seconds. Creative cooking at the very least.

Gotta say that would be the worst tasting applesauce ever, but you have to start somewhere in the kitchen. :)
