First Birthday Cakes!

Since Cooper had a jungle party, he needed a jungle cake. When I found the idea for this one, I had the pans to make a little one just for Cooper too. That cinched this idea. It was two cakes, so the front half of the snake was chocolate and the back half was white. We still had a ton left over after the party, but I took it out to share with the neighbors and the neighborhood vultures, I mean kids, took care of the rest of it.

This thing was huge. It wouldn't fit on a cookie sheet becuase it was too long, so Spence had to cut me it's own board. I was pretty excited about how it turned out.
