Happy Memorial Day!

Cooper watching a band at the Boalsburg,PA Memorial Day Celebration. It is one of the places that claims to have founded the holiday in the first place. He was pretty emotionless about it, but I love his crossed ankles. He would uncross them and do it again, switching which leg was on top. Too cute! (And notice, his hat actually stayed on for most of the walk!)

Here is a little of our "village." They set up booths all along Main Street and were selling just about anything you can think of. It was fun to walk through. We had to hurry since we were having a BBQ at our house, but next year we'll allow more time for strolling through town. It reminded me a little of Railroad Days in Alberton,MT. There was even a parade on Saturday but we were too busy getting ready for Cooper's party. Next year!
