Friday Spence took the day off and we all went on a day vacation! We started off in Harrisburg and got Cooper's year old pictures and our family pictures. Then we went to Hershey. Cooper and I have been there twice, but it was Spence's first time. It was pretty fun and Cooper loved the singing cows again, which was fun for Spencer to see. After Chocolate World we went to the Hershey outlet malls where we found some good deals! It's a lot more time consuming to shop for a boy and a girl and all sorts of different sizes, but Spencer even got in the spirit of it and found Cooper a cute pair of overalls for $4 for next winter at Gymboree. Not bad, huh? After the outlets we went to a huge farmer's market in Ephrata. Spence said it reminded him of Abidjan, Ivory Coast, and I'm not sure it was plesant memories it brought back! We had fun looking around at all the illegeal products and fresh produce but we didn't find much we needed there. We headed home through Amish country and saw a lot of Amish just out and about. There was even one poor woman mowing the lawn in a dress and another roller blading. It was so fun to spend a day togehter, even if we did wear Cooper out so much that every time we stuck him in the car, he zonked.
